Scheduling a lesson

• All lessons are scheduled by appointment.  So please text or call (484) 380-5853  to set up a time to come in!

Cancellation & Makeup Policies

• We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. So if you cancel within 24 hours of your lesson we will make up your lesson!
• All lesson cancellations must be texted to Ashley or the singing pro number (484) 380-5853
• Make up lessons must be made up with in 60 days of the initially scheduled lesson and it is the student’s responsibility to schedule the makeup session.
• Lessons that are not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be forfeit.

Payment Policies

• Tuition payments are billed monthly in advance of scheduled lessons and are due by the 1st of the month. 
• All payments are automated using recurring Credit Card billing. Billing can be setup by calling Ashley or the Singing Pro number (484) 380-5853.
• Recurring payments are charged on the 28th day of the month and secures a weekly reserved lesson slot for the following month.

Refunds and Returns

• No refunds, credits or discounts will be given once tuition is paid.

Lesson Termination

• To terminate your lesson contract, text Ashley or the singing pro number (484) 380-5853 before the 25th day of the month to avoid the charge for the following month. Late terminations will be refunded, but are subject to a $25 termination fee.
