Welcome to the Singing Pro family! We are thrilled to join you on your musical journey. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth experience with us.

Scheduling a Lesson

  • How to Book: All lessons are by appointment. To set up your account and book a lesson, just text or call us at (484) 380-5853.

Cancellation & Makeup Policies

  • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This way, we can happily reschedule your lesson!
  • Notification: Please text your teacher directly for cancellations —please avoid sending emails.
  • Makeup Lessons: You can schedule makeup lessons within 60 days of your missed lesson. It’s up to you to arrange this with your teacher.
  • Late Cancellations: We truly hate seeing lessons go to waste, so please stay on top of your schedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited lesson.

Payment Policies

  • Monthly Billing: Tuition is billed monthly in advance, with payments due by the 1st of each month.
  • Automated Payments: Payments are processed automatically through credit card billing. To set this up, please contact Ashley or call us at (484) 380-5853.
  • Lesson Slot: Recurring payments secure your weekly lesson slot for the month.

Refunds and Returns

  • Policy: Once tuition is paid, we don’t offer refunds, credits, or discounts.

Lesson Termination

  • No Contracts: We don’t require long-term contracts. If you wish to end your lessons, please text Ashley or call us at (484) 380-5853 before the 25th of the month to avoid charges for the next month.
  • Late Termination Fee: If you terminate after the 25th, a $25 fee will apply.
